Qiniang Mountain (Qiniang Shan) is one of the main peaks in Shenzhen, China, with an elevation of 869 meters. It is the second highest peak in Shenzhen after Wutong Mountain (Wutong Shan). The forests within the mountain are lush, and the evergreen broadleaf forests that have not been destroyed by humans have been preserved. According to legend, seven fairies, which translates as Qiniang in Chinese, descended to earth to play on this mountain. This is the origin of the name Qiniang Mountain.
